Refund and cancellation policy
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, event changes and access issues are handled for courses, programs, mentoring, events and digital resources.
Digital courses and resources
Because digital access may be delivered immediately, refunds are generally unavailable after content, downloads or certificate access has been opened, unless required by law or approved by Skoulio.
Events, workshops and live sessions
Cancellation may be requested at least 7 days before a paid event. Depending on the format and costs incurred, Skoulio may offer a refund, transfer or account credit.
Mentoring and coaching
Individual sessions may be rescheduled when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be treated as completed.
Platform or access problems
If a platform problem prevents access to a purchase, Skoulio will first try to restore service. If it cannot be restored within a reasonable time, a refund or alternative access may be offered.
Requesting a refund
Email info@skoulio.ch with your name, email, invoice number, purchased offer and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
